The Kansas Masonic Home was growing and in need of additional room. We designed this added space in accordance with the Wichita Historic Register. The result was an updated and high efficiency facility that maintained the historic context through matching building façade and renovation of the core building for support activities.
This 40 acre facility includes new apartments, indoor parking, dining and lounge space, and a front door with a porte-cochere. Alloy completed 72,000 square feet of new space and nearly 8,000 square feet of renovation.
