Friends University Smith Apartments

As Friends University student population grew, they realized a need for additional student housing. The new residence hall was designed to fit with Wichita’s historic Delano neighborhood while capturing the established campus architecture.

This 45,000 square foot, three-story student life facility houses 82 beds within 49 units. The apartment-style suites are a combination of two-bedroom, one-bedroom and studio units modeled after Homewood Suites concepts.
